Happy Thursday everyone, our first swim meet is quickly approaching.  We need you to declare if your kid(s) are swimming in the meet.  Instructions to do this are as follows:

To declare attendance you need to go to the swim team website, you are probably already logged in, if not then you will need to log in. Then navigate to the calendar and on each meet there is a green button that says "meet entry." Click it, hit edit, then declare if attending or not attending, then save. Attendance closes 48 prior to the meet(Monday at 5PM).

If you don't declare we will hunt you down and we really don't want to do that.  Also your kid(s) will not be able to swim in the meet.

You can declare for all swim meets now, or wait and do each one later.   Also don't forget to sign up for a volunteer position.  This can be found in the same location on the calendar next to the the meet entry button.
